Magaya software is integrated with UPS and FedEx

Use Magaya Express Link to ship items domestically and internationally with UPS and FedEx directly from your Magaya system. Save time by requesting shipments from UPS or FedEx and printing labels using the details already entered in your Magaya system.

Magaya Express Link provides complete, end-to-end shipping order management from shipping to returns all in one place.

All the shipping details appear in your software and online for your customers to check the status of their packages. You can also create reports in your software to see where you ship the most and what profit you are making.

How it Works

Use your Rates: Magaya Express Link is priced per transaction. Use the rates from UPS or FedEx. Make reports to compare your savings per carrier.

Create Shipment Transactions: When creating a Pickup Order, Cargo Release, or Shipment, just select UPS or FedEx as the carrier. With Magaya Express Link, all the package and customer details are automatically transferred from your Magaya system to the transaction and the label.

Print the Labels: Print the labels and place them on the boxes so they are ready when UPS or FedEx arrives. It works with Zebra thermal printers and labels and with all bar code scanners. Print one label or many. Print a label multiple times.

View Status Updates: The package status is updated automatically as your Magaya system communicates with the UPS or FedEx system. Share the updates and tracking number with the customer via email or LiveTrack. They can check the status from any computer, smart phone or tablet.

Manage Returns: If a customer wants to return an item, process the return with Magaya Express Link by creating a return shipment. Schedule a pickup date and get the item returned for them easily.
