Magaya’s line of software covers the complete logistics process within the supply chain – from placing Sales Orders to delivering the merchandise at the final consignee. During this process, customers can track the status of their orders through the Internet using the Magaya tracking tools.

Magaya Network
Our most innovative product, the Magaya Network provides the infrastructure for business-to-business communications between logistics companies such as origin and destination agents and business-to-consumer communications such as logistics companies and their customers. The Magaya Network was awarded the 2005 IT Leadership Award in Florida.
Magaya Cargo System
The Magaya Cargo System is a completely integrated software solution designed for freight forwarders, NVOCC’s, consolidators, forwarding agents, couriers, warehouse providers, cargo airlines and shipping lines who require a complete and accurate Warehouse Management System (WMS) combined with a fully-integrated accounting system. Its user-friendly, interactive screens are designed to reduce the amount of work for the user and to allow the company to reduce costs, increase productivity, and gain a competitive edge.
Magaya Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Magaya WMS controls the movement and storage of merchandise within a warehouse. Unlike conventional systems, the Magaya WMS includes the process of transporting the materials to the warehouse and delivering these materials to their final destination. Magaya WMS database collects data from wireless handheld devices running the Magaya WMS Mobile application, enabling you to keep up-to-date records of inventory and utilize a Just-In-Time (JIT) inventory strategy.
Magaya Commerce System
The Magaya Commerce System was developed for wholesalers, distributors, importers, exporters and traders. The Magaya Commerce System offers a complete package, including: Inventory Control, Purchase Orders processing, Sales Orders processing, Pickup and delivery of merchandise, Accounting, and a complete Warehouse Management System – everything in one application.
Magaya Supply Chain Solution
The Magaya Supply Chain Solution covers the complete logistics process to deliver the merchandise from seller to buyer. Magaya Supply Chain Solution includes all the functionality from the Magaya Commerce System, Magaya WMS and the Magaya Cargo System. It covers both the sales process and the purchasing process.

Magaya Plug-ins

Magaya Plug-ins are optional products that you can use together with the Magaya products. To use the Magaya Plug-ins, you need to have a license for any of the above Magaya software products. Some plug-ins are installed with a Magaya product, but others are additional and need to be purchased separately.

Magaya OnTheGo
The Magaya OnTheGo remote access application allows you to log into your company database from any Internet connection (at home or on the road) and work remotely as if you were sitting in your office. You can authorize your employees or agents to connect remotely and set permission levels for each person. With Magaya OnTheGo you can connect to Magaya Cargo System, Magaya WMS, Magaya Commerce System, or Magaya Supply Chain Solution.
Magaya LiveTrack
The Magaya LiveTrack application provides real-time status of inventory, shipments, and more. Updates are visible in Magaya LiveTrack the instant events happen and are updated in your system. In Magaya LiveTrack, your customers can book shipments online, post a sales order, see Air Waybills and other documents, chat via instant messaging, and more.
Magaya Bar Coding
The Magaya Bar Coding Plug-In works with a barcode scanner to validate packing lists in shipments, to load items into a shipment, or to scan part numbers when you receive inventory.
Magaya POD Mobile
The Magaya POD Mobile application runs on wireless handheld devices that delivery drivers use to collect delivery information and a customer signature when delivering merchandise to the final consignee. The driver can see the list of deliveries for the day, cargo descriptions, addresses, and maps.
Magaya WMS Mobile
Magaya WMS Mobile runs on handheld wireless devices and gives you the flexibility to view information about your inventory and perform tasks from anywhere in your warehouse. You can create tasks for users with the Magaya WMS program and send the tasks to the wireless handheld Magaya WMS Mobile units. Mobile users can access the tasks from the handheld units and perform tasks more efficiently throughout the warehouse.
Magaya Transaction Tracking
Magaya Transaction Tracking is the easiest way for customers to follow a specific transaction. When a transaction such as a Warehouse Receipt, Cargo Release, etc. is created for a customer, they receive an email with a link to the transaction. Each time your customer selects the link, the system will automatically provide the current status of the transaction, including any changes or events that have occurred since the link was created.
Magaya AMS
The Magaya Automated Manifest System (AMS) is a fully integrated solution that Magaya Corporation has developed to enable you to comply with US Customs regulations for all cargo arriving in the US. The Magaya AMS plug-in sends documentation required for ocean and air imports in advance of the cargo arrival.
Magaya ISF
Magaya ISF enables you to send required shipment data to Customs from your Magaya system. With Magaya ISF, you can meet the 10 + 2 Importer Security Filing initiative for all cargo before it arrives in the US.
Magaya AES
The Magaya Automated Export System (AES) plug in enables you to comply with US Customs filing requirements by sending your export shipment documentation electronically to US Customs from within Magaya software to the AES. Magaya AES reduces the time it takes to file the Shipper's Export Declaration (SED) (now called the EEI) because you do not need to retype any information you already have in your company database.
Magaya XML API
Magaya Corporation has developed an Application Programming Interface (API) to allow users of Magaya Products to integrate with other systems. The most common integration scenarios are with Accounting Systems and Automatic Order Processing. The Magaya API is a XML Web Service so it can be used with the most popular programming languages such as Visual Basic, C#, Java and C++.
Magaya Ocean Carriers Interface (INTTRA)
Magaya has integrated its Magaya Ocean Carriers Interface plug-in with INTTRA, enabling Magaya customers who are using the Magaya Cargo System or the Magaya Supply Chain Solution to communicate electronically with worldwide ocean carriers.
Magaya VIN Decoder
Magaya VIN Decoder allows you to extract all the relevant vehicle information from a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) number.
Online Bookings
Magaya Corporation has implemented a feature that allows Magaya customers using the Magaya Cargo System or the Magaya Supply Chain Solution to receive Online Booking requests from their clients. Your customers can request the mode of transport, port of origin, and dates for departure and arrival for cargo items.
Online Shipping Orders
With the Online Shipping Orders feature in Magaya LiveTrack, your customers and agents can send shipping instructions to you 24 hours a day from anywhere in the world. They can use Warehouse Receipts, Pickup Orders, or select from inventory. They can include a preferred mode of transport and a destination port. An Online Pickup Orders feature is built in, giving your customers the option to print labels at their location, ensuring order accuracy.
Online Sales Orders
Save time processing orders by adding the Online Sales Orders plug-in to your Magaya Supply Chain Solution or Magaya Commerce System. All the cargo details are submitted by the customer, ensuring accurate and quick processing. Enable automatic back orders so your customers can purchase items - even ones not on hand; your Magaya system can place the order for you to your vendors of choice so you don’t miss a sale, and you will ensure your customers buy from you.
Online Payments
Your customers can pay their invoices via PayCargo, a secure, web-based payment system available 24/7 worldwide to the global shipping industry for e-check payments (electronic bank check, also called ACH). It’s convenient for your customers, and it’s faster for you.
Magaya SmartBorder ABI Integration
File US Customs entries and releases for imports right from your Magaya system with the SmartBorder Automated Broker Interface (ABI). All your shipment data is transferred to Customs via the ABI system. Messages are sent back to Magaya’s integrated accounting system, including Customs charges for duties, fees, and taxes.
Magaya Scale Integration
The Magaya Scale Integratin plug-in connects your Magaya software to your CubiScan weighing and dimensioning system to accurately and quickly capture the weight and dimensions of packages and transfer the data to your Magaya system. Receive more packages faster and verify dimensions to maximize your warehouse space and plan for shipments efficiently.
Track2Go Mobile App
Track2Go is a mobile application that gives your customers real-time updates of their Magaya transactions on their smart phones and other devices. Track freight, see shipment status, view inventory, invoices, and more.
Magaya Express Link
With Magaya Express Link you can ship packages with UPS and Fed Ex directly from your Magaya system. Save time by requesting UPS and FedEx shipments and printing labels using the details already entered in your Magaya system. Package status is updated online automatically. Manage returns and rates for domestic shipping.
Denied Party Screening
This plug-in connects to the current U.S. list of denied parties and screens the entities in your Magaya system to verify if any parties in the transaction are on the list before you send a transaction to U.S. Customs. This plug-in can also screen for banned countries and verify any list of entities in your system such as the customers, vendors, or carriers and vessels, ensuring compliance with U.S. requirements.
